Product orders and deliveries

To make it easier for you we include delivery in the purchase price. This is delivery to your nearest main center, however we can arrange on farm delivery for small charge if required, just let us know when you contact us.  

We will ship your bale feeder as soon as we receive payment, typically you will receive your bale feeders 2-3 days after payment. We do our best to keep all our bale feeders in stock at all times, how ever during busy times we occasionally run out of stock, in this case we can usually fill your order within 7 working days.

Your bale feeder comes supplied in kit-set form, with detailed assembly instructions, assembly takes around 7 minutes you can also watch our assembly video here. 

We make all our feeders in NZ where we test them on NZ farms. As such we stand by our feeders quality 100%. Each of our feeders are covered by the following guarantees. 

Standard guarantee: Original Big Bale Feeder and Double Bale Feeder products 
We offer a 30 day no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products purchased. All our products are made in New Zealand and carry a two year replacement guarantee on workmanship.

Lifetime guarantee: Beast Bale Feeder (only) 
In addition to your standard guarantee, The Beast Bale Feeder carries our lifetime you bend it, we mend it guarantee. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts that have been bent or broken under normal use, in our workshop, this guarantee excludes and freight or delivery costs and any general wear and tear on the product.

We are currently offering a free towing chain to customers who purchase 2 or more bale feeders at once.
